Este Viernes no tengo nada nuevo para mostrar..
Como sabéis, he estado visitando a mi madre recientemente, ella conserva algunos de mis dibujos de jovencita, junto con algunas obras que realicé especialmente para ella.
Este dibujo en pastel que yo deseché en su momento, ella lo recuperó y lo tiene colgado en su dormitorio...
Como veis mi madre es una mujer de carácter...o le gusta, o no le gusta, como en el caso de su retrato.
Aun no me he metido en su proceso de rejuvenecimiento..veré si soy capaz.
Espero que tengáis un buen fin de semana...

Menos mal que tu madre lo guardó, es uno de tus pasteles que más me ha gustado, has conseguido dar al vestido y a las cintas de la joven el mismo efecto etéreo y dinámico que tienes las palomas en vuelo.

I find this piece to be amazing and full of life. It brings to mind my recent wonderings of how much creativity- joy- innocence we/I have lost over the years through "growing up"....I hope that makes sense. There's a sense of wonder, and LIFE here that I think is difficult to re-create as we get older. Truly, it is a treasure- you should be glad your mother saved it, I know I am, just because I got to see i!

No me extraña que le guste a tu madre, y menos aún que lo tenga en su dormitorio, porque es un cuadro que transmite mucha paz por los tonos blancos y las palomas. Y no es un ángel, pero quizá encuentra en Paloma algo que se lo recuerda.

Es una pintura al pastel preciosa!!! me gusta su tonalidad ,las palomas levantando el vuelo , así como el movimiento de las cintas del sombrero y el vestido, que me gusta todo!!!!

Jaa!, las madres saben!... en esa Paloma con palomas seguramente ve los innatos talentos de su hija. A mi me pasa con mi padre. En mi casa tengo muchas de sus pinturas desechadas, según él no están ni terminadas. Me pone cara de "estás loca" cuando le digo que cada persona que entra a mi casa hace algún comentario positivo sobre sus "malas obras".
