Estoy investigando las posibilidades de la acuarela en los primeros planos y creo que me gustan mucho los resultados.
Con muy poquitos colores se consiguen resultados estupendos, al menos a mi me lo parece.
El óleo sigue siendo, para mi, la técnica que más calidad imprime a una obra, pero la acuarela tiene la ventaja de poder trabajarla en cualquier momento y en cualquier situación, es limpia y rápida.
Este retrato, que realicé para una niñita que cumplía tres años la semana pasada, es una prueba de ello.
La próxima semana tengo que viajar a Madrid, allí estaré una semana, y me parece una maravilla poder incluir en mi equipaje una libreta de papel para acuarela y una pequeña paleta de colores por si me apetece, o tengo tiempo, de pintar algo.

Fantástico este Tutankamon, Marichu, pero no sé si no me gusta aún más lo bien que has captado el carácter de la niña.

Me has dado un buen susto. He visto el lienzo de Tutankamon y he empezado a leer el texto sin ver la foto de la acuarela y cuando leía lo del retrato de la niña, he pensado "se refiere a que le ha hecho un retrato a la niña disfrazada faraón". No entendía nada jajjajajaj He bajado y ahí estaba la acuarela. Vas progresando en la técnica, desde mi punto de vista es más difícil que el óleo, hay que conseguir la textura, el color y que no quede sucio pero desde luego es más sencillo su manejo.
